Casa Marina is located on a hillside overlooking the Mediterranean.There are fabulous veiws from all the rooms and from the private terrace. The apartment sleeps up to four people. There is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a small double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen/diner is equipped with a full sized oven and hob, microwave, fridge, health grill etc.

We ask for a deposit of 25% to secure the booking with the balance bocoming payable six weeks before the start date. We also require a security deposit of £100 which is fully refundable assuming the apartment is left in good condition.

| Notes | The property is situated in the grounds of our own home. The apartment has it's own entrance accessed by stairs leading down from the secure, shared drive. There is a large, private terrace for the exclusive use of guests and a pool which is shared with the owners. While we are on hand if needed we always respect the privacy of our guests. Please note that there are two friendly dogs at the property. They are both kept in at night and only tend to bark if someone comes to the gate. |
