The apartment consists of two bedrooms – both with built-in wardrobes - one with two single beds and one double that leads onto a sunny balcony running the length of the property; and an open plan kitchen/living area with sofa bed that can accommodate two if required. The kitchen has a gas hob, new washing machine and fridge freezer and is well stocked with utensils; there is a good-sized bathroom, which includes bath/shower. Within short walking distance of La Barrosa beach with its many restaurants and bars situated along the beach front promenade. This blue flag beach extends about 8 kilometres and has been described as one of the best beaches in the region. There are also a number of bars and restaurants, close to the beach situated along the road between the old fishing village Sancti Petri and the Novo Sancti Petri development which also offers its own bars, shops, restaurants and is less than two miles from the apartment.

The beach is 800 meters away - 2 minutes by car or 10-15 minutes on foot along a pretty street or, through the pine forest. The historical city of Cadiz is just 20 minutes by car and there are a number of pretty towns including Jerez home of sherry making, all within a 45 minute drive. This is where the Spanish holiday, you will find no ugly high rise towers here, as local planning rules forbid building higher than two stories, thus adding to the overall appeal of the resort. So if you prefer to experience "the real Spain" then this is the place to come.

There’s are two courses close-by, the Novo Sancti Petri, 36 hole Golf Course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros is 3 mins by car. This golf course is also the home of the International golf school with driving range, putting and pitching greens.
An additional 18 hole course, affiliated to the Sol Melia is a further 3 km away.
