New luxury 2 bedroom first floor apartment on secure gated complex
The apartment was completed in July 2005 and is situated within the Prado golf complex on the Isla Canela course (guests get discounted fees). The property is fully airconditioned and has 2 bedrooms 1 with en-suite, lounge dining area, kitchen and utility, bathroom and balcony with awning. In the well kept grounds there is a large outdoor swimming pool, children's pool and play area. There is an allocated underground car parking space and a large storage cupboard, access to the apartment by lift or stairs.

Ayamonte
Low cost flights available from most UK airports to Faro (45 minute drive to apartment). Flights also available to Seville airport (75 minute drive to apartment). All the well known carhire companies operate from both Faro and Seville airports Taxis also operate from airports but we can arrange airport pick up for an extra charge (please mention when booking)

Prado golf is an 18 hole par 72 golf course situated 50km east of Faro. This is a challenging course fairly flat, beautifully manicured fairways and greens with small slopes and water featuring on 10 of the holes In addition, there is artificial and grass bowling greens along with a golf driving range and other golf practice facilities. A lovely club house overlooking the swimming pool provides the perfect venue for a relaxing drink or meal following your round. Renters are given discounted rates. Islantilla (10 miles/16km) , El Rompido (22 miles/36km), Costa Esuri (3miles) Portuguses courses - Quint de Cima (10miles/16km), Castro Marim (10miles/16km)

Living Room/ Dining Area
The living room/dining area is comfortable and spacious with marble flooring, it is fully furnished and includes TV, DVD and CD player, dining table seats 6 people. The sofa converts into a double bed if required. This area leads onto the balcony which has table and chairs and a fully adjustable awning .

Kitchen/Utility area
The fitted kitchen has electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, coffee machine, toaster and crockery and cultery. The laundry room has a washing machine.

Surrounding area
Costa de la Luz is a beautiful unspoilt costal region in the far west of Andalusia. Prado Golf is situated between Ayamonte, the marina and Isla Canela beaches. The marina has shops, bars and restaurants and is 10minutes from the apartment. Ayamonte is a typical Andalusian frontier town with whitewashed houses, shops, restaurants, tapas bars. Ayamonte is ideal location for visiting Portugal and the beautiful city of Seville.
