Front Line 1 Bedroom Apartment with lovely views of the Mediterranean
Lovely well equipped privately owned and loved. Well maintained one bedroom frontline apartment, and decorated to a good standard. Fully tiled bathroom with full size bath and shower. Welll equiped kitchen and full size cooker. Magnificant views of the mediteranean to the lighthouse at Cap Cavelleria. It is situated on the north coast and has two pools close by with one directly outside the apartment. Linnen changed weekly. The apartment is on what we consider to be one of the finest on Menorca and has been built around the Bay of Tirant. The apartment is on the ground floor and only a few metres from the car parking space, ensuring easy access for all the electricity, water and gas costs are all included in the rental price. A small welcome pack is provided for your convenience. In the bedroom there is a double bed with a sprung matress and full length wall to wall fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets with lights and a chest of drawers ensuring lots of space for your clothes.

Playas de Fornells
Playas de Fornells is a lovely Menorcan styled complex just before you get to the village of Fornells. There are restaurants and very well stocked supermarkets on the complex only a short walk away or an even shorter drive. The lovely golf course of Son Parc is a 10 to 15 minute drive away. If you intend to use the golf course, you will need a car and I can arrange this for you with a reliable company that I have been using for years. I do not charge an arrangement fee.

The golf course at Son Parc which is a 10-15 minute drive away is a championship quality course and is perfect for beginners or experienced golfers. The high season green fee is the lowest in the Balearics. The course is very near the award winning beach of Son Parc. Our apartment and the golf course is on the north coast. There are beautiful wooed hills around the course and a proteced wet zone with a rich variety of birds. You can also see Monte Toro which is the highes point of the island. The course has lots of natural features such as rocks and flora and fauna. The irrigation needs of the course are met from rainwater and treated water. We do not use fresh water from wells or the mains as it is illegal to water a golf course with fresh water. The course is also a habitat for wildlife. It was originally 9 holes and increased to 14 in 2003 and then the last four holes were completed in 2005. The full 18 hole course was opened on 12th August 2006, and don't forget the flock of peacocks who live behind the third green.
