Set in an established part of the PolarisWorld Golf Resort with an 18 hole course designed by Jack Nicklaus, this ground floor corner apartment is set in landscaped gardens which surround the large community pool. It is very spacious and has an extra large covered terrace for "alfresco living".
There is a double bedroom and and one with twins.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with TV/DVD and CD.
The kitchen is also spacious and fully equipped if you want to do your own catering. It has an oven, microwave, 4 x hotplate, dishwasher and fridge freezer. To keep your golf wear smart there is a washing machine and iron!
The Polaris World 5* Resort has apartments and villas set around an 18 hole golf course designed by none other than Jack Nicklaus. This forms part of the Nicklaus Bear Trail. The golf course at Mar Menor Golf Resort was opened in 2005, marking the first stage of the marvelous Nicklaus Golf Trail at Polaris World. Each hole on this course requires the utmost attention and concentration; everything rests on the player's ability and problem solving skills to overcome the problems presented by this incredible golf course. The course demands a wide range of shots to deal with the obstacles successfully. Lakes play a key part in the development of play and this kind of strategic feature requires great skill and courage on the part of the player. This lush Mediterranean landscape full of palm tress, native grasses and flowering shrubs adds to the beauty of the resort. The challenge is there, do you dare?

El Valle Golf, a medium length par71 golf course, is situated in a beautiful desert valley. The golf course has been created with grouped holes to offer a more open and natural golf experience and, rather than length, the course relies on numerous subtle strategic elements to challenge golfers. Players are rewarded for daring and courageous shots. El Valle features clusters of smaller, more subtly shaped bunkers and takes full advantage of its desert setting with numerous holes playing adjacent to naturally exisiting rock-outcroppings and ridges. Complemented with a number of water features, including two lakes and two elaborate stream and waterfall systems, this is the perfect course for developing any player's strategy.

The resort has numerous lakes and water features both on and off the golf course. The magnificent town centre will form the main hub of the resort. Set on the waterside it is constructed as a small village centre including a social club, bars, restaurants and shops.
