A payment of 20% should be made to confirm the booking with the balance payable 10 weeks before the commencement of the let. For short–notice lets (10 weeks or less before commencement) the whole amount is payable on booking. A refundable security bond of £100 is payable to the property managers on arrival, and providing there is no damage to pay for, the deposit is returned in full at the end of the stay. An additional charge of 80 Euro for cleaning and laundry will be levied and paid directly to the property managers. This includes the provision of 'essentials' (water, tea, coffee, milk, bread and butter etc.), a 'meet and greet' service to provide keys and show guests around the apartment and how things work (TV, security etc.), and to pay for laundering and cleaning.

Villa Martin - a championship course, only a 5 minute drive.
