A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability. There are no additional costs for cleaning at the end of your stay. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning. You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay. A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form! Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

| Notes | Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 20 minute walk. Go-karting on the N332 is a 20 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed. Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine. There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras. Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops.
