Spacious apartment in quiet location with south-west facing balcony, overlooking Miraflores golf course and with good sea view, Gibraltar is visible on a fine day. The balcony gets sun from mid morning until the spectacular sunsets. We have full airconditioning and central heating for our guests comfort. The sitting area has two comfy sofas, satellite TV, DVD and good stereo. The dining area seats 6 in comfort around a magnificent glass topped table. The big open plan kitchen is fully fitted. Centrally located, in pretty Riviera del Sol, close to all amenities, shops, good restaurants and bars, all open all year round. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes to crazy golf/tennis/Game Zone/beauty salon/Internet cafe etc. The complex has a beautiful large family pool with adjoining kiddies pool, both supervised by a lifeguard. In another part of the lovely gardens is another big pool for adults only. This is one of the best kept and most beautiful complexes in southern Spain

Riviera del Sol
Between Calahonda and Miraflores, 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport

Our apartmentoverlooks Miraflores golf course. Designed by Falco Nardi and opened in 1990, Miraflores Golf Club has undergone a transformation and offers a real challenge to all levels of golfing ability. There are two 18 hole courses, and each hole offers a different challenge. The course follows the natural contours of the valley and is much flatter than first appearance suggests. You will need your handicap card to play here. Miraflores Driving Range and Golf Academy is a purpose built facility. It provides a clean and friendly environment in which to practice your golfing skills whatever your level of play, from complete beginner to tour pro. There are 22 bays in all, including five power tees on the lower level. The upper level is reserved for teaching and members of the Privilege Card scheme, which provides you with a quieter area in which to do more serious practice. There are three professionals based at the range (two PGA and one Master ETGF), and lessons and schools are available for all levels of golfer; these can be conducted in English, French or Spanish. On the ground floor level there are several fun and serious targets set at variable distances. Driving range balls can be obtained via the automatic ball dispenser and practice clubs are available for hire at all times. Set on a sunny terrace, with views of the golf course and the Mediterranean beyond, Spikes Bar is an ideal place to relax. Spikes Bar is open from 08.00 until late. Breakfast, Snacks, Lunch and Dinner, together with drinks are served in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. Spikes Bar is open for members, non-members visitors and guests, whether or not they are playing golf. A warm and friendly welcome is guaranteed.

Costa del Golf
The Costa del Sol well deserves its other name of Costa del Golf, with more than 40 golf courses to choose from. Our apartment is centrally located, so they are all within easy driving distance. We are not golfers ourselves, but enjoy watching people play from our balcony. At Christmas the golfers tend to wear Father Christmas hats. The climate is very mild even in winter, and shorts and tee shirts are the usual wear on the course. We have sunbathed on our balcony in 20 plus degrees in late December, so it's almost always golfing weather.

The Area
There is so much to do locally, that wives and children can come along and have a wonderful holiday whilst Dad plays golf. Our complex has 3 lovely pools, there is a country club 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and the beach is a 15 minute walk. Alternatively, come as a golfing group and sample as many courses as you have the energy for.
