Our fully equipted air conditioned property has 2 spacious bedrooms, a double and a twin both having large fitted wardrobes, bedding and towels (including beach towels). A bathroom complete with shower, bath, bidet and toilet. A bright airey lounge with a working fire place, English Sky TV, a DVD and CD player and double sofa bed (the bungalow comfortably sleeps 6). A fully equipted American diner style kitchen with, fridge freezer, oven, hob and extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle. A seperate laundry and drying area with a washing machine, sink and retractable washing line. A verander with splendid garden and pool views. You have exclusinve use of the fully landscaped gardens and pool. The bungalow is situated near to 6 blue flag beaches and is just a stones throw away from the villa Martin Plaza as wells as to many well known golf course like Villa Martin and Las Rambalas and Campoamor.

Semi rural yet within easy reach (walking and driving) of all local amenties, bars, resturants, super markets. Within a 5 to 15 minute drive of 4 very well known Golf courses and 6 blue flagbeaches. Torrevijca, Alicante are a 20 and 45 minute drive away and Benidorm just an hour. Take the coast road south and you see the beautiful Mar Menor Europes largest in land lake, it is said to contain minerals which have healing qualities for such ailments as skin problems and rheumatism. Also the world famous La Manga Club and La Manga strip with it's miles of golden sandy beaches fronted by both the mar Menor and the Mediterranean seas.

VillaMartin - 18 holes - The course was built in 1972, and is probably one of the best courses in the region, making it a must for any golfer. In 1994 the Villa Martin course hosted the 'Mediterranean Open', which attracted well known top golfers such as Severiano Ballesteros, Jose Maria Olazabal, Frank Nobila, Ernie Ells and Howard Clark. Many Pro-Am and amateur competitions also take place on this championship course. Las Ramblas:- 18 holes - This is a challenging and exciting course, in a beautiful elevated scenic area with breathtaking views to the coast. A cool head and a good selection of shots are required to tackle this course. Elevated tees, narrow fairways and natural ravines will test the skills of the best golfer. This is a course for low a handicappers, who prefer the natural countryside. Campoamor - 18 holes - Only two miles from Villa Martin, this course was opened in 1989 and is the most panoramic of courses in the region. The player can be deceived with the expansive fairways, excellent views and the lakes, but it is a long and testing course with six 'dog legs' to keep you on your toes. The usual services are offered, practice bunkers, driving range etc. restaurants, extensive clubhouse, conference facilities and excellent pro-shop La Finca - 18 holes - designed by Jose Gancedo and lying in naturarly beautyful surroundings and with fantastic views. It is situated at the foot of Mount Escotera, in the municipality of Algorfa, right in the heart of the Segura region. Designed to host top tournaments, La Finca golf course has the greatest variety of greens of any course on the Costa Blanca.
