From the second floor the roof terrace can be accessed where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular views of the countryside. To the rear of the propery there is a very private courtyard in which to dine alfresco with the BBQ. There are two beautiful communal pools to choose from. Both of which are never busy and are set in landsaped garden and are only a hop, skip and jump away. Very safe for children. If you are looking for an idyllic Mediterranean setting then look no further. Inside Villa Verano you will find a modern Spanish style. The very spacious lounge and dining room has wooden beamed ceilings and Spanish wooden furniture to match. The beautiful Spanish staircase leads upstairs.

Moraira
Villa Verano is situated on the beautiful white coast of Spain - half way between Valencia and Alicante. The delightful resorts of Moraira and Javea with their sandy beaches and port and marina facilities are 1 kilometer to Moraira and 10 minute drive to Javea away. There is spectacular scenery to be found inland, including the beautiful villages of the Jalon Valley - where you can also try the local wine at the many bodegas. There are open mountain views from the villa, yet it is conveniently situated for all activities. Moraira, this small popular town is fronted by a life guarded sandy beach, a promenade and marina. Amongst its quiet streets are cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. It also offers clean and attractive shops that cater for just about everything you need, including excellent chemists who converse in English. On Friday mornings Moraira has a very popular market where there is fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes and all manner of other interesting goods

Javea Golf Club is a two minute drive away. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of golf on the full length 9-hole course. The course has wide, open fairways that sometimes flatter the golfer, but beware the greens. These are very well protected by bunkers. There is a practice green, driving range, 2 tennis courts and a large swimming pool for children, club-house with 2 bars, a restaurant, TV and card room, changing rooms and caddy area. Then perhaps a meal and a drink afterwards on the terrace whilst watching the sun go down over the Montgo mountain. The bar and food service is excellent. We highly recommend it. La Sella Golf Club, Denia is only a 15 minute drive away and is located next to the Montgo Nature Reserve it has unparalleled views of the countryside, with the mountains as a backdrop. The course itself is set in Mediterranean woodlands, and overall is an attractive offering. An 18 hole par 72 course of balanced difficulty, La Sella has proved popular both amongst locals & visitors to the area. Facilities at the club include; Club house, restaurant & cafeteria, sauna, changing rooms, & tennis courts. In addition the La Sella horse riding school operates nearby. So after a grouling 18 holes why not treat yourself to a well earned drink in the club house.

Golf, tennis, riding, squash, water sports (including deep sea diving) and bowls are available in the area as well as numerous restaurants and bars. You can also find go-carting and discos nearby (but not within earshot of the villa!) Moraira has many sandy and rocky beaches with lifeguard facilities in season, snorkelling can be enjoyed all along the coast. Moraira was a small, old, fishing village, situated on the Costa Blanca on the Meditteranian coast of Spain, halfway between Valencia and Alicante, now is has increased in size a great deal. It boasts the highest overall annual temperature in Spain and in the summer there is normally a pleasant sea breeze so that it does not get too hot. It has two main beaches (one called Playa el Portet and the other called Playa de L'Ampolla) which are sandy and clean. Playa de L'Ampola has a stream running down it's side which is pleasantly challenging to dam but not impossible. The sea is clean and it is possible to spot many different fish with a snorkel. In the summer the sea is usually calm but in winter huge waves have been known to lash the coast. There is an attractive harbour with many luxurious yachts and some fishing boats too. There are also many lovely walkways and garden areas with fountains, tropical trees etc.
