The property is 2 years old and in immaculate condition. It is situated on the Championship La Duquesa golf course and only 1½ miles from beautiful beaches around Duquesa. Therefore the whole family can enjoy sport, relaxation around the pool or the uncrowded beaches. Nightlife is provided in the bars in the port of Duquesa or the tranquil restaurants in the surrounding areas. It has a large roof solarium with a built-in barbeque for those long summer evenings. There is a small paved garden which is only about 50 ft from the pool and is shared with only 12 other properties. Car parking on the front of the house for 2 cars. Long term bookings available from October to May. Prices on application. On confirmation of booking a non-refundable deposit of 25% will be required. The balance will be due 6 weeks before the booked date. A further refundable deposit of £250 will also be required to cover damages/breakages and will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure. 20% off late bookings, travelling within 2 weeks.

NotesThe beautiful port of Duquesa is between two clean blue flag beaches complete with beach bars and seems a million miles away from the hustle and bustle you would normally expect from the Costa del Sol. The port boasts a wide choice of amenities including a supermarket, banks, butcher and a wide choice of affordable top class restaurants which include 2 Indian, 3 Chinese, 6 Italian, English and not forgetting Spanish cuisine. There is also a great Italian ice cream shop as well as boutiques and numerous bars. A 20-minute drive to Puerto Banus for designer shopping, a marina which houses mega yachts such as those owned by the Saudi royal family and a chance to dine out at some of the most exclusive restaurants in this part of Spain. Alternatively just take a drink at one of the many quayside bars and count the number of Ferraris, Maseratis and Bentleys that go by. Only a 20 minute drive to Gibraltar for duty free shopping, sightseeing, bars, restaurants and the airport.
Golf details

Duquesa’s own Golf and Country club is a championship 18 hole Robert Trent Jones course and overlooks the Mediterranean with views out to North Africa and Gibraltar. It is a course for professional and novice players alike. Duquesa is on the Costa del Golf for one reason. It is a perfect location for golf in Spain. It boasts more than 35 courses within half an hours car drive, including many of the top clubs including Valderamma. The house is situated on the course which holds one of the rounds of the European Seniors tour . Combine this with the beautiful and peaceful setting of Duquesa itself and it is no surprise so many golfers are coming back.
Additional information

All electricity and gas is included. For the benefit of all our guests the house is non-smoking but ashtrays are provided both in the garden and on the terrace. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. On stays of two weeks or more a change of linen is provided.
