There is also a toddlers play area with climbing frames and slides etc. These amenities are only open in high season. Next door is the Aztec Club which has Tennis courts a Restaurant with Live Entertainment, a Gym, Hairdressers and Beauty Parlour and Access to the Internet. Riviera Del Sol is 10 minutes from Marbella and 8 minutes from Fuengirola and 25 minutes from Malaga airport. Riviera Del Sol is a popular area as it is within easy access to all the main attractions and even if you don·t have a car there is a bus service going to Marbella and Fuegirola plus a Taxi Rank a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are several coach trips going to Gibralter, Ronda, Granada, Seville and many other places. Its an ideal location for Golf, Tennis, Go-Karting, water sports, swimming and, of course, the nightlife.

The Apartment
The apartment is on the 5th Floor which is accessed by a lift. It has a large lounge/diner with a sofa and sofa bed in it plus a dining table which seats six people there is a good sized kitchen with a microwave/grill oven and a gas hob with an electric oven a fridge/freezer and a toaster. There is a shower room with sink, toilet plus a washing machine. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There is a travel cot and high chair also available. The apartment is nicely furnished and is very cosy and comfortable and has beautiful views of the sea from the loung window.
The Terrace
What makes this Penthouse apartment so appealing is the very large terrace. It is ideal for sunbathing as it is not overlooked by any other buildings and has superb views overlooking the gardens and panoramic views of the sea, the terrace also has a table for six people which is ideal on a summers day for having your lunch or dinner on. There are also six sun loungers and chairs. There is also an electric point by the patio door which is great to plug in a radio/CD player, so why not bring some of your favourite CD·s. There are various plants and palms on the terrace which makes it very attractive if you just want to relax and read a book or listen to music. If you have young children, please make sure you move any chairs away from the walls so they don·t climb up on them. Just to be on the safe side. All the children we have had staying here have loved the terrace as it gives them more room to play.
The Gardens
The gardens are extremely well cared for and there is plenty of room to sunbathe or read a book there is a lovely swimming pool which is tested every day by our gardener to make sure it is O.K. There is also a 3ft deep pool for children to learn to swim in and at the front there is another pool and a children·s paddling pool. A pool side
Bar is open in the high season which serves hot and cold food plus drinks and icecream. There is also a sandy area where you can play basket ball and a Mini-golf, and two Pool Tables plus a children·s play area with climbing frames and slide etc. Parents can watch there children playing whilst they are relaxing by the pool with a cool drink. This Penthouse apartment offers so much more than most rental apartments and if this isn·t enough the Beach is just across the Road via an underpass. There are many Bars shops and Restaurants all within a few minutes walk and a popular Market in La Cala on Wednesdays and Saturdays and also in Fuengirola.
