Our fabulous three bedroomed penthouse apartment is a ten minute drive to Puerto Banus and is situated in the highly desirable location of La Quinta. Taxis down to Banus are around 10 euros. There are fabulous views to the sea from two large sun terraces which face south and west so you will get the sun all day. We have high quality furnishings and all the modern conveniences you could wish for. The large lounge dining room, three double bedrooms and two bathrooms are extremely light and airy. The air conditioning will keep you cool in summer. Our community is gated and our apartment is just a few steps from the communal pool and separate children’s pool. You will also have access to all the other amenities of La Quinta including 27 hole golf course, 5* star hotel facilities and all at discounted rates. The views are fantastic and look out to the sea, the mountains and of course the goldf course

Fantastic location on La Quinta Golf Course, but also near to many other courses in the area. Close also to Puerto Banus for really good restaurants and night life. Easy access to Marbella via the AP7 motorway. Other attractions such as Benahivis and Ronda in close proximity.

NotesPuerto Banus is home to the rich and famous and has the most beautiful marina where you can sit and watch the world go by. It has designer shops and extensive restaurants and nightlife. La Quinta has one of the top golf courses in the area – but if you a golfer, many others are within short driving distance. Our apartment is around 35 minutes from both Malaga and Gibraltar airports. The entrance to La Quinta is directly off the motorway making access to other Spanish cities easy. The massive La Canada shopping centre in Marbella, and Marbella itself are about a ten minute drive away.
