Thanks for taking the time to read all about our Spanish apartment located a short distance from Cabopino harbour and Las Chapas. Marbella town is but ten minutes drive. It’s our home away from home, so we hope you’ll agree that it offers a bit more than just your typical Costa del Sol rental. Our apartment is part of a small self contained community established in 2003. If you are looking for sun, sea, great food shopping or nightlife or even just somewhere to have a glass of Rioja and watch the stars then we’re sure the apartment is just what you’re after. It is set in spacious, established gardens, the most extensive in the La Reserva Community. We are located 12km east of Marbella and 2km from Cabopino yacht marina on the Costa del Sol. Situated a couple of minutes drive off the main costa highway and 5 mins drive from the beach our apartment sits nested in a quiet community of three blocks of flats, which are part of the larger La Reserva development. Our community has sole use of the extensive gardens and pools. There is a mix of long term residents, holiday homes and holiday rentals. We are 30mins easy drive from Malaga Airport and there is the first of many golfcourses all but 5 minutes away. Shops and restaurants are but minutes in the car.

We can pro rata for non weekly periods and are will try to accomodate non weekend changeovers. £100 deposit on booking and the balence 6 weeks prior to departure.

We have an underground car park and there is a lift to take you to the apartment after a long hard day enjoying the sun. The living areas offer high quality furniture and fittings, including a fully equipped kitchen, video/DVD/CD player and satellite TV channels. There is also hot and cold air conditioning to allow for a truly comfortable stay. There are two bedrooms, both offering flexible twin or double bedded accommodation. There are two bathrooms, a sitting room with dining area, and immediate access to private terrace. A spiral staircase leads to another much larger (partially shaded) roof terrace with sun loungers, dining table and chairs overlooking superb panoramic views of the pool, gardens and further away the ocean. Don't forget to water our plants.
