Welcome. Set in over an acre of gardens 'Finca Victoria' is a traditional farmhouse style country house. Adjacent we have a detached guest house with 2 bedrooms which we offer for rental at room only basis or B&B. Both studios have air conditioning and heating, fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, coffee/tea making facilities and private parking. Next to the guest house is unique 'rock pool' for the use of our visitors. The garden is a profusion of palms, oranges, lemons, mandarins, roses, figs, almonds, grapes, bamboo, bignonia, passionflower, mimosas, carobs... the list is endless. We also cultivate our own vegetables. The surrounding hills are perfect for walkers and lovers of the countryside. For the more energetic guests, horse-riding and golf are available locally. Located on Spain's beautiful Costa Blanca, Benissa is close to the motorway and is a short drive from the more well known towns of Moraira, Calpe, Javea, Denia and Benidorm.

THERE ARE FOUR GOOD GOLF COURSES AN EASY DRIVE FROM THE PROPERTY 1.La Sella Golf course is located 10km from Finca Victoria. The address of the golf course is: ALQUERIA DE FERRANDO S/N JESUS POBRE-DENIA 03749 ALICANTE La Sella Golf: Located on the slopes of a mountain, the La Sella Golf Club is not a particularly tiring course. It lies next to Montg¢ natural park, and is surrounded by Mediterranean woodland and hills. Pine trees, orange trees, olives and almonds add colour to the course and, although they are pretty to look at, will cause big problems for less accurate players. The course has 18 holes and a par of 72. It is varied and thought provoking, and moderate in length and, if you know how to use all of your clubs, you will be able to get a good result. The design of the courses means it is suitable for players of all levels, with the difficulty apparent at the tees. The designer, with the expert help of Jos‚ Mar¡a Olaz bal, designed the course in such a way that if you miss the green, you will need all the virtuosity of the Spanish Champion to save the par... 2.Ifach Golf: 15 Mins from Finca Victoria Urb. San Jaime – Calpe, km. 3 03720 Benissa (Alicante) The Ifach golf course is situated in Moraira (Benissa) on a country estate with the best views in the Autonomous Region of Valencia. It has a round of nine holes 6 par-3.s and 3 par-4.s and even though the holes are short, the terrain and the narrow fairways make them quite difficult and technical. 3.Javea Golf: Ctra. Javea - Benitachell Situated 15mins from Finca Victoria, and sheltered from the wind by Cape San Antonio, the course has a perfect microclimate all the year round, and is located in a wonderful natural setting, surrounded by pinewoods. The round is very attractive, with gentle slopes, excellently maintained greens, and wide fairways flanked by pine trees and orange trees. 4. Just opened. Championship course at Terra Mitica.

Facilities
Surrounded by an oasis of superb gardens, extending to over one acre. The studios are adjacent to our magnificent and very private swimming pool (approximately 9m x 5m), featuring waterfalls and underwater lighting. These facilities are shared only with the other studio (and the owners!). Sun-loungers and BBQ provided. Private and secure off-road parking. (The property is set at the end of its own 200 yard private road).

Benissa Town
Benissa is one the oldest towns on the Costa Blanca, located 275m above sea level and full of pleasant surprises. A quiet stroll through the ancient, well preserved town centre will enable you to discover a rich array of monumental buildings and cultural centres that form part of this town´s long history.
