Price includes welcome pack, cleaning, bed linen and towels. For your piece of mind we employ an on site agent, who will check you in and out of the accomodation and solves any problems you may have during your stay, ensuring your holiday experience at the house is care free to allow you to relax and enjoy your holiday. Entry time to the house is normally after 4PM on the day if arrival and departure should be no later than 11AM on the departure day. This is to allow cleaning to take place for the next guests. This maybe flexible depending on the date of the previous or next booking. Golf details
The property is along side the 16th green of Golf de Andratx. The course was developed by the Gleneagles Golf Developments. Golf de Andratx, lies in an undeveloped bay with the first tee only 100 metres from the calm, azure sea. The course plays into a steep sided valley framed by Mediterranean pines and olive trees, with breathtaking views. The course is recognised as one of the finest golfing facilities on the island, with excellent practice facilities, including driving range, putting greens and short play area. This facility is less than 2 minutes walk from the property. All these course are recommended and are within a 25 minutes drive of the property: Santa Ponsa Golf and Country Club, Golf de Poniente, Real Golf de Bendinat, Son Vida Golf, and Son Muntaner Golf.
The house is situated on the 16th hole of the fabulous Golf de Andratx built by Gleneagles golf development and owned and run by the 5 star Hotel Dorint Golf and Spa Resort. The course is built to the highest standard, offers fantastic views over the bay of Camp de Mar and is a challenge to players of all levels.

Getting Around Although we suggest you hire a car if you want to visit Majorca's many tourist attractions, There is an excellent cheap bus service, that runs on an hourly basis into Palma and Andratx, stopping at all the major towns on the way. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the property. Also there is a taxi rank in the centre of Camp de Mar where you can arrange for taxis to collect you from the house. From Palma, the railway station offers access to destinations such as Soller (scenic train route recommended), Inca, Manacor, etc. The property is also ideally located for cycling and walking enthusiasts.
Beach Camp de Mar's blue flag sandy beach is only 5 minutes walk away from the property. In the summer the beach is patrolled by a group of life guards. The sea is very calm and clear and hence is great for swimming and for children. Sunbeds and parasols are available to rent for a small fee and showers are provided on the beach. There is also a bar restaurant on the island on the middle of the cove, that is accessible by walking on a wooden bridge from the beach and a beach hut that serves the usual type of drink and food. By the beach, there are a few excellent seafood restaurants.
