THE HOUSE HAS BEEN FURNISHED WITH TOP QUALITY SOLID WOOD FURNITURE THROUGHOUT AND A GENUINE LEATHER SUITE. The house is in a quiet road with a drive in the front garden to park one car. To the rear of the house there's a lawned area beyond the large furnished patio and overlooks a lovely 33m pool and 2 tennis courts which are adjacent to the 14th fairway. Upstairs there's a large terrace, with 3 large potted plants a table and 4 chairs, 4 loungers and a BBQ.Both areas have outside lighting, so you have a choice as to where you can relax in the evenings. There's a FLAT 32" LCD TV and DVD player, & a telephone which has INTERNET ACCESS via Ethernet cable( not supplied). The kitchen is fully fitted with Dishwasher Washing machine , microwave, oven/hob etc. AIR CON AND FULL CENTRAL HEATING.

LA TORRE GOLF RESORT HAS IT ALL:- SUPERMARKET, BARS, RESTAURANTS, SHOPS, TAPAS BAR, MURPHYS IRISH BAR, INTERNET CAFE, 5 STAR HOTEL, GOLF SHOP, CLUB HIRE, CLUBHOUSE WITH A DELIGHTFUL TERRACE OVERLOOKING THE SUPERB 18 HOLE JACK NICKLAUS DESIGNED GOLF COURSE. WE HAVE A HOSPITAL BEING BUILT AND OUR OWN VIGILANTE POLICING 24 HOURS A DAY. ALL THIS IS A 10 MINUTE WALK OR 2 MINUTE DRIVE AWAY FROM OUR LOVELY HOUSE. ITS THERE IF YOU WANT IT AND FAR ENOUGH AWAY IF YOU DON'T.

In addition to the Polaris golf courses and special golf packages on La Torre, Mar Menor, El Valle, and Hacienda Riquelme, you have easy access to at least nine other golf courses in the Murcia region, as well as the three courses at La Manga Club. Villamartin and Torrevieja. Within 35 minutes drive of La Torre this course is as old as the North and South Courses at La Manga Club, inaugurated in 1972. Another Par 72 and 6,132 metres in length Villa Martin is internationally known to compare against the rest and because of the name! Altoreal, Murcia Within 30 minutes drive of La Torre this is a challenging 6,200m 18 hole course situated only a few kilometres north west of the city of Murcia. Within a comfortable 60 minute drive from Los Belones. The Course was designed by Dave Thomas, who designed the West Course at La Manga Club. The Course covers an area of two 9 hole courses which both begin and end at the same point. Golf equipment, golf school, bags and caddie cars can be hired. Las Ramblas, Torrevieja Right next door the Real Golf Club is another more challenging 18 hole course. Real Golf Club, Lomas de Campoamor Real Golf Club, Lomas de Campoamor The closest golf club to Los Belones is a very attractive 18 hole course south of Torrevieja. La Finca, Algorfa The newest course in the area was opened in 2002 with many resident golfers at La Manga commenting on what a great course it is. It is testing for all golfers whatever their ability. La Manga Golf Resort, La Manga La Manga Golf Club opened in 1971. The North and South Courses at La Manga are located in a valley surrounded by mountains and with stunning views of the Mar Menor. Mosa Trajectum Golf About 10 minutes drive a way from La Torre, Mosa Golf is a world class Championship Golf Course.

Hello Barry yes we are back safe and sound and thank you the house was great. The only improvement would be on the weather which neither of us could have changed. John was happy in the Irish bar on a night complete with his cigar, they all loved the golf, the kids even ventured into the pool few times for a couple of minutes much to the amazement of people on the tennis court who must have thought they were nuts. We had a fantastic holiday and the house was just perfect. The situation of the house, opp the communal pool was great.
