Security desposit of 500 € is requested in advance. Easter-Week will always be charged at high season rate! You will be required to pay this amount with the balance payment. This deposit will be refunded after your return, normally within 7 - 14 days of your departure from the property, after taking into account any breakages or damage. Your accommodation is available after 6pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. The maid need this time to prepare the accommodation properly for incoming guests. At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial deposit of 50% of the total cost of the property. This payment is your only commitment until 6 weeks prior to your departure The balance of the holiday cost must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to departure. Please ensure that payment is made within that time otherwise we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled, in which case you could be liable to pay us the cancellation charges.

This double-townhouse is very spacious. It has two big terraces, huge lounge-dining room. Modern kitchen with Siemens appliances and breakfast table. The family bathroom has a jacuzzi. 3 good sized bedrooms and 1 smaller (possibly for two if necessary). The house layout is in semi nivels and the living area is open plan. Even with 6 or more people, the house will never feel too small. There is a huge swimming-pool in the urbanisation with showers and toilets. Parking is outside. You would need a car to come up to the house and to reach all facilities. From the house to the main road you need only 5 min. drive. From there you are very central to everything.
