The property was entirely refurbished in 2006 and is newly furnished throughout with all mod cons including SKY TV, Satellite TV, music system, DVD player and hot/cold air conditioning to the upper level. There is a fan assisted wood burning stove too for the cooler months. The villa can accommodate up to a total of 11 (plus a cot). Two do There are panoramic views from the grand terrace and pool. The village of Adsubia is only a 10 minute walk away and the thriving market town of Pego; where there are restaurants, shops and typically spanish bars is only 3 kilometres, or 5 minutes by car. There are sandy beaches at Devises & Oliva which stretch for miles. Denis is 20 Kilometres. Oliva Nova championship golf course is a 15 minute drive. There are two other golf courses nearby

Prices are for ONE level of villa accommodation (sleeps up to 6 people). For both levels add a further £150 to the above prices. A damages deposit of £100 per villa level is required. (Returnable within 7 days of completion of your holiday). A 50 euro local charge per villa level is payable upon arrival. A deposit of 25% of your holiday rental will secure your booking with balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. For bookings within 8 weeks the total amount is payable upon booking. We will refer you to a website with full booking conditions when you telephone or e.mail us with your enquiry.

- As the villa is arranged on two entire self contained levels you can rent one or both levels depending upon your party size. You only pay for the level of accommodation you occupying (while the remaining level will not be let during your stay). You will have the entire villa, terraces and pool for your party's private use. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 with a cot for a child. However, there is a double sofabed with a single rolloway bed under in the lower level lounge so at a pinch could accommodate up to eleven.
