A security deposit of 15% of the rental price is payable with the final payment, eight weeks before the start of your holiday. The security deposit will be refunded to you, less any deductions, within two weeks of your return home.

On-site facilities
On site facilities include a pro-shop, club rental, putting green, driving range, locker room and showers. Green fees include a mandatory buggy.
There are also 2 tennis courts and 2 paddle courts available for guests’ use.
The La Perla Café which is situated next to the Monte Mayor Clubhouse is open from 8am to 8pm for drinks and refreshments. The kitchen is open from 11am to 4pm for more substantial fare.
A pair of binoculars might come in useful due to the variety of rare birds and animals for which this natural reserve is home.
Included in the rental price
A generous welcome hamper of provisions is provided for your arrival.
Maid service and fresh towels are provided every four days (please bring your own swimming towels).
Fresh linen is provided once a week.
The cost of electricity is included in the rental price.
Our management team will be happy to make golf, restaurant or excursion reservations etc without charge.
Arrival and departure
In order that the house can be thoroughly prepared, guests are requested not to arrive before 17.00.
There are comprehensive details in each house of all the emergency services, local shops, recommended restaurants, activities and places of interest.
The on-site management team are available should you have any special requirements or need assistance during your stay.
Please vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of departure and leave the property in a clean and tidy condition; we reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if required. Charges for breakages or additional cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit upon your return. We urge you to verify these with the owner or manager before departure as their report is conclusive of any deductions which may be made.
