All in all, our villa is the perfect location for your villa holiday. Completed in August 2006 by the renowned Mellini Group developers, it is a true luxury villa. No expence has been spared in furnishing it and everything is brand new. We continue to improve our service and provide the quality accomodation you should expect. A Supermarket/Cafe is only 800 metres away. Close to "Parque de la Vallesa", a well kept recreational area where children can play.And of course the bustling and picturesque centre of Calpe is only 5 minutes drive and has a variety of shops, resaurants, bars and leisure activities. The salt flats in Calpe provide a haven for wildlife and a natural habitat for many species of birds. They also are a contributing factor in the cleansing and purification of the air you breathe in Calpe. The Costa Blanca is one ,if not the , most healthiest place in the world to live, according to most scientists. I'm no doctor, but one thing i do know is 2 weeks in our villa does you the world of good!

The kitchen is very modern with all the necessary equipment such as dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer and built in microwave. The roofed patio is an ideal place to chill out with all new, stylish outdoor furniture, including table and chairs. On the lower patio you can find sun beds and BBQ. There is also a small outdoor utility room with a washing machine. The house is double glazed and has security shutters and also central heating. All bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans. CD/DVD player and TV in the lounge. There is a car port for 1 car attached to the house. We can also provide cots and highchairs for a small supplement (around 20 euros per week). A welcome pack containing essentials like water,milk,bread,preserves,tea,coffee etc can be provided to tide you over for a day untill you get to the shops. Just let us know at time of booking. (a small charge of 32.50euros payable).

The villa is just a 20 minute steady walk,( although we have done it in 15mins with pushchair and 2 Kids in tow!) , or a 5 minute drive from 2 large blue-flag sandy beaches, promenades and restaurants. In fact the Playa de la Fosa Levante Beach in Calpe is renowned for being one of the most beautiful beaches in Spain. Calpe has three main beaches, the Playa de La Fossa, the Playa Arenal-Bol and the Playa Cantal Roig. These are widely known for their fine, clean sand. Together with two other beaches, La Fossa and the bay of Gasparet, which also belong to the city.
