The villa has under floor heating and is fully airconditioned. The villa sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, there are two bathrooms, one en-suite and a further shower room. The kitchen is modern and fully equiped. The villa has a roof terrace with sun loungers, a dining terrace with barbeque, another terrace in the rear garden and a large court yard ideally suited for young children. The villa enjoys the benifit of a full size swimming pool. The Golf de Andratx course in one of the best on the island. The course was opened in 2000. Magnificienly laid out, its design is credited to the Gleneagles Golf Development and Rodney Barr. There is a driving range, practise putting, bunker and chipping areas. Buggies and golf clubs are available for hire. The charming club house "Campino" is well known for its excellent food and wellcomes non-golfers to its restuarant for lunch and dinner. Camp de Mar

There are 18 Golf courses on Mallorca and the islands. In fact within 10 minutes drive of Colina del Golf there are a further 5 courses including Son Vida Golf Club which hosts the Spanish open. Most of these magnificent golf courses have views over the Mediterranean. Your favourite sport can be played all year round as there is no real winter here. The short distances between courses tempt one to make a tour of the island to play on each of its courses. Beach
Just a short walk from the villa is a beautiful sandy beach. Originally a fishing village, Camp de Mar is a select and quiet resort, which has become a favoured retreat of many celebrities and the odd "Royal". The sandy beach has a promenade running the whole length of the bay with its scattered rocky inlets and crystal clear waters.

Camp de Mar
Camp de Mar is a small resort with some very nice bars and quality restuarants, a few over look the bay. In addition, there are a couple of 4 star hotels and the 5 star Royal Dorint Golf Resort Hotel and Spa. The hotel has absolutely excellent bars and restuarants, all of which are open to non-residents. So, if you want elegant dining during the evening this is one of the places to go.
