We offer our Spanish home , ideal for your golfing holidays. Newly equipped and furnished to a high standard, the house is comfortable yet uncluttered. The 8m x 4m private pool has a depth of 1m at the shallow end, and 2m at the deep end. The lawned and terraced garden, with young citrus and palm trees, has shaded dining and seating areas and an outdoor kitchen/BBQ. There are flower beds around the pool, and flowering climbers have been planted to scramble up and soften the surrounding walls, which provide complete privacy. Within a few minutes walk there is a shop, bar, restaurant and pharmacy (English spoken). There are 2 well stocked supermarkets, plus more restaurants and bars at Los Gallos, a short drive away. The perfect base from which to explore the many sporting, cultural & leisure facilities on offer in the area, or to simply chill out and relax with the family.
Casa Melosa is situated in a rural/residential suburb of Chiclana. The area has shady pine trees and there are also one or two small working fincas where vegetables are grown to supply the local markets. The Costa de la Luz is where the Spanish themselves come for their holidays, and Spanish is the language you will hear everywhere. The area remains largely unspoilt, with no high rise developments. As well as La Barrosa, there are several other beaches and coves (calas) along this beautiful unspoilt coastline, spreading in both directions from Chiclana. Inland there are the 'white' villages, such as Vejer and Medina Sidonia to explore, as well as wonderful countryside and lakes. The ancient city of Cadiz is nearby and a vist to one of the bodegas in Jerez is recommended. The lovely city of Seville is approx. 90 minutes' drive away.

Damage/breakage deposit of £150 is required to be paid with final balance. This will be returned within 7 days of vacating property, subject to satisfactory inspection. | Notes | The Costa de la Luz is fast becoming one of the most popular golfing destinatations and the mild climate makes it ideal for any type of sport for the whole family, year round. Several riding establishments in the area offer rides along the beach as well as in the lovely countryside. Quad Bikes are available for hire with organised rides through the countryside. This is one of the best areas in Andalusia for cyclists - wonderful scenery. The Circuito de Jerez is just under 30 mins. from Casa Melosa with Formula One, Motorcycle racing and Motocross. The Real Aero Club de Jerez offers private pilot training (PPL), plus local flights & social events. Surfing, Wind & Kite Surfing, Water Ski, Sailing Jet Ski & PADI Dive Centres, Paragliding, Fishing & Wakeboarding all available. A selection of Tennis & Padel courts nearby and a football training ground. |

This is a no smoking property, however, guests may smoke in the garden.
The property is cleaned and prepared for your stay, and again on departure. Mid stay clean & laundry can be arranged at extra cost if required.
A welcome pack of Water, Milk, Tea, Coffee, Bread, Butter & Jam is provided.
The pool is cleaned weekly and maintained to the highest standard.
Please note: The pool is not fenced, therefore clients should consider the suitability of this property for very young, or non swimming children, who should be supervised in the pool area at all times.The property is fully equipped for 6 people, all bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen is supplied and additionally, we provide for our guests the convenience of beach/pool towels.

Basic cleaning materials are available, together with a starter supply of dishwasher and washing machine detergent.
SAFETY NOTE: The house is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detection equipment as well as a fire blanket and extinguisher.
How to get there
Jerez, our local airport is just 35 minutes from Casa Melosa. The small number of flights handled means that once you have your hire car, you can be on your way very quickly. We have found Carjet.com very competitive, providing an excellent service.

Monarch fly Luton to Gibraltar and Manchester to Jerez .
Clickair (low cost subsidiary of Iberia) flies from Gatwick to Seville.
