Superb villa, sleeping 8, with private pool & gardens & lovely views across to Sierra Nevada mountains. 2 mins to the brand new Santa Clara par 72 golf course which sits just behind the villa. Ample parking outside. Child friendly. Tranquil & exclusive location yet only 5 mins to the beautiful city of Granada with its Alhambra Palace & many attractions. The beaches of the Costa Tropical are 35 mins away & the famous mountain villages of the Alpujarras are just 20 mins. Las Gabias golf course is in the neighbouring village & Los Moriscos links course in Salobrena is 35 mins. The villa is our private residence for many months of the year so it has all the comforts of such, including flat screen TV with English channels, DVD player, ceiling fans, ample storage space and all modern conveniences. All rooms are tastefully decorated & have either pool & garden or mountain views. Everything is closeby: golf, shopping, history, mountains, lakes, beaches, skiing..what more can we say !

The villa is situated on the outskirts of the little village of Otura. The location is very tranquil with amazing views, yet within 5 minutes you can be sitting in a tapas bar in the centre of Granada, or lost in miles of undulating countryside ! The brand new Santa Clara golf course sits just behind the villa. Las Gabias golf course is in the neighbouring village. There is ample parking outside. The villa is in a very exclusive residential area and there are little wooded park areas & a childrens playground just outside the villa. The villa is very accessible, on easy flat roads and is also just off the main road to Granada & the coast. Granada airport is an easy 20 mins away.

Booking Notes: 50% payable plus damage deposit on booking. Damage deposit is £25.00 per person (min charge £100.00). Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. We can accept payment in pounds or euros, by cheque or bank transfer. Prices are for up to 6 guests - for 7/8 guests an extra charge of £100.00 is payable. Damage deposit is returned to you by airmail within 48 hours of your departure. Please contact us for our current availability. We are flexible on changeover days and will always try to accommodate all requests.
