For your peace of mind our rental rates are inclusive of all charges ie air-conditoning/heating, cleaning charges, mid-stay refresh clean and linen/towel change for stays of 2 weeks or more, energy costs. The only additional charge would be the pool heating, which is charged at an extra £50 per week for guests requesting this feature. There are NO HIDDEN EXTRAS. A 25% deposit is required to secure the reservation, with the balance being payable 10 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £250 is required, fully refundable on confirmation from our manager of no damage/breakages/smoking. Payment is accepted by direct bank transfer or cheque in GBP or Euros. A full set of Terms and Conditions will be forwarded with your Booking Form.

Spain's 3rd city has now become famous for the Oceanographic and the stunning city regeneration, but now also for the America's Cup. The yachting world's equivalent of The Olympics was held to great success in Valencia in 2007, and is to return in 2009. Ensure Valencia is on your list of day trips!
