A Beautifully appointed fully air conditioned private villa, based within the 5 star La Torre Golf Resort. Furnished to an extremely high standard throughout. This single storey villa boasts 3 double bedrooms, all have twin-beds and LCD televisions; with an en-suite to the master bedroom. The light and spacious living/dining area benefits from a 42" LCD screen and satellite connection. Leading directly off the lounge is the ground level terrace area equipped with patio furniture and sun loungers. On the upper level the solarium is also decked out for al-fresco dining and has more loungers for serious sun worshipping. Villa Arce comes with a private heated pool and benefits from a secluded fenced garden area with security gated access to the front and rear. Although offered as self catering our resident villa manger can provide home-cooked meals for the duration of your stay - menu and price list on request.

La Torre Golf Resort was designed by Nicklaus Design, and offers 18 holes, par 68 with four sets of tees. Provisional distances: (Black) 5,350m; (Blue) 4,934m; (White) 4,422m; (Red) 3,822m. It features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provided added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass was planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect. La Torre Golf Resort’s course has 18 holes combining different obstacles that compels you to use all your clubs and put into practice your talent. Around the course you will find all kinds of services to practice golf and improve it: including the club house, a pro-shop, driving range and golf school. Three lakes complete the exuberant landscape of this course. One of the shortest rounds the La Torre Golf Resort offers makes this course ideal for both average players as well as those with a high handicap. At the same time, La Torre Golf Resort preserves the challenge for experienced players who, parting from the furthest tee, will have to devise the appropriate strategy to cover the fairway with the perfect shot. Completed with all the perfect features for practice, La Torre Golf Resort is undoubtedly a mandatory stopover for golf players. Champagne and/or fruit basket can be arranged at an additional cost upon arrival. Our resident English speaking Manager living adjacent to the villa can provide a welcome pack. Freshly cooked meals upon arrival and throughout your stay can be arranged-menu and pricelist available upon request. Golfing trips and other excursion bookings can be arranged by management and/or within La Torre 'town centre' to ensure smooth running and maximise your holiday to suit your needs. Excursions can be booked from the Clubhouse. There is a daily coach to the beach with various drop-offs provided by La Torre Golf Resort Management. For those wishing to stay onsite, La Torre boasts a fabulous 'town centre' that truly has something for everyone. As well as 12 communal swimming pools, tennis courts, shops, a supermarket, a gym and a hair and beauty salon a 5* Intercontinental hotel and spa is now under construction. Day or night its easy to find just what you're after. Golfers can relax in the clubhouse or The Woodhouse Bar or for something a little more up-tempo Pino's Bar offers live music as does the charming Clover Irish Tavern. Diners are spoilt for choice with fine Italian food at Trattoria Acacia, Spanish delicacies from Limonero, El Roble Tapas Bar and the ever popular Encina Buffet.

(For stay during Oct 2008) : Hi Richard, sorry for the delay in writing but the usual hectic time after a holiday, even though it was only a week away! We wanted to let you know what a fabulous time we at at your villa. The accomodation was superb with lovely finishes/funiture/equipment. The pool and rear garden is excellent (and secure) which meant for us with a young family we were delighted to spend most of the time 'at home' with only the occasional trip elsewhere on the resort. The resort itself was very smart and a clean with a great supermarket that allowed us to eat well and casually in the villa when we desired. We enjoyed a couple of nights out at the resort restaurants and in particular the Italian was excellent. All in all a fantastic holiday, with the added bonus of a very helpful neighbour/caretaker/cook living opposite. We would have no hesitation in going back and congratulate you on providing a first class place to stay. Kind regards, Niall
