A modern 4 year old villa set in the rustic area of the Jalon Valley with its Almond, olives and grape vines. We have 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms with en-suites. A private large swimming pool with sun terrace has its own changing room, shower and toilet. A fully equipped outside kitchen is available for guests together with a small bar. Parking for 4 car infront of the villa beyond which lies a garden area with a covered gazebo where you can relax with a cool drink. Continental breakfast is severed either by the pool, on the covered patio or in the dining room. Our lounge with TV, DVD and log fire for those cooler nights is available for guests. We are 5 mins drive to the town of Jalon, !5 mins to the nearest beach and golf course. Allicante airport is 1 hours drive,Valencia 1hour 15 mins.

| Notes | We are only 20 mins drive from Benidorm with its many attractions - Terra Mitica theme park- Terra Natura theme and safari park -Aqualandia water park -Mundemar animal park and shows - Beniborm Palace spectacular night club show.. The area has festivals, markets and shows from spring to autumn. Beach resorts of Calpe, Moraira, Javea and Denia are all within easy driving distance. From Denia port the ferries sale to the Balearic Islands. Information on all these and many more are available at the villa. |
Golf details
There are 5 courses within 20 mins drive of our villa.
1.LA SELLA- Denia. A 18 hole par 72 course (4 par 3s, 4 par 5s) located on the slopes of the Montge National Park surrouned by hills and woodland. It is a thought provoking of moderate length, but designed to make it suitable for all levels
2.IFACH-Moraira/Bennisa. A 9 hole(played twice) par 60 course (12 par 3s, 6 par 4s).Set on a country estate with fabulous views, it has tricky terrain and narrow fairways make it a testing course.
3.JAVEA- Benitachell. A 9 Hole course,played twice from diff tees par 72. The course has a perfect all year round climate surrounded by pinewoods, gentle slopes, well maintained greens and fairways.
4.DON CAYO- Altea. This is a 9 hole course, but with 18 diff tees (4par 3s, 4par 5s)
It is set amongst rolling fairways and pine trees and was redesigned in 2006.
5.VILLAITANA- Benidorm. This consists of 2 coures, Lavante- 18 holes par 72 (4par 3s,4 par 5s) and Poniente 18 hole par 62 (10 par 3s, 8 par 4s). It was designed by Nicklauss Design in 2005
