Through the front door you have the air-conditioned living/dining room which comprises 3 seater sofa, rocking chair, wooden coffee table, wall unit, sideboard, 2 side tables, 2 table lamps, pictures, large mirror, ceiling fan light, dining table and 4 chairs. For entertainment there is a television with DVD player and CD player built into it (combination TV), English TV channels. The fully tiled kitchen with wooden units and marble worktop. Rental Notes:
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival. Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability. A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning. You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay. A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form! Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost. Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
