The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 + cot 2 double bedrooms, one twin (2 singles) and a double futon in the family room. Large sitting/diner - 32"LCD TV, full SKY package, DVD/Video/CD, tapes, books and games. Family room - casual seating + futon +TV/Video Fully fitted modern kitchen and utility room. We provide many extras such as beach bags/cooler bags, toddler safety rails, potty, booster seat. MORAIRA
Moraira is an old fishing village situated half way between Valencia and Alicante. (1 hour aprox by car) The fishing harbour has been renovated to provide a modern marina. The town has many shops, bars, restaurants and a few night clubs. There is a childrens funfair every evening during the summer in the market square. Friday morning is market day when many bargains can be found. The town has 3 beaches and more private coves can be found a few minutes drive out of town. Our villa is situated in the hills above the town. Because of it's hillside location we have spectacular sea and mountain views, but a hire car is necessary as the roads are very steep and most shops etc are situated in the coastal valley. The villa is located in an established urbanisation, so there is no on-going construction nearby. It is very peaceful and relaxing, the town centre is only 5 minutes drive away and there are many bars, restaurants and shops in between, so it is ideally located.

| Notes | Moraira is a livley town during the summer months, it has three lovely beaches and many little coves just outside the town centre. It has a brand new marina, many designer shops, plenty of bars and restaurants and even some night clubs. During the winter it is much quieter, but there is plenty to do all year round. Tennis, horse riding, hiking and of course there are the golf courses-many within 30 minutes drive of Casa Buenavista. Our prices are all inclusive- no hidden extras 30 % deposit secures your dates -balance payable 6 weeks before your arrival date. Many free extras- including welcome pack, agent visit (English) picnic crockery/cutlery/tumblers large cool bag + freezer blocks-and more all for our guests to enjoy during their stay.
