There are 4 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed or 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with bath, 1 shower room and 3 WCs. Garden furniture is provided. They have a private swimming pool. Free access to the 1500m² on-site gymnasium.

Miles of fine sandy beaches are a great place to sample a whole range of watersports, whilst the lively port and the lovely promenade ‘Explanada de Espana, with its colourful, marble mosaic pavement are thronged with pavement cafes, bars and restaurants. Take a boat trip to the island of Tabarca, a beautiful marine reserve, or take a stroll in the Parc Canalejas with its giant ficus trees and admire the architectural heritage exemplified in the Cathedral of Santa Maria, the Monastery of Santa Faz and San Fernando Castle.

Golf Bonalba is an immaculate 18 hole, par 72 course of 6367metres. The course is very challenging with some interesting water features and from many fairways you have spectacular views of the mountains or the blue Mediterranean in the distance. In addition to the 18 hole course, there is a driving range, putting greens and a bunker practice area. The golf club-house is open to all residents and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Or if you prefer to prepare your own meals, there is a small supermarket on site and a shopping centre with bars, shops, snack bars just 5 minutes drive away in San Juan. A little further afield, Alicante is a veritable golfers paradise with many good courses within easy reach: La Sella near to Denia, Don Cayo near to Altea, Plantio in Alicante, La Marquesa and Villamartin in Guardamar, Las Ramblas and Capoamor in Torrevieja and San Juan, which was recently designed and opened by Severiano Ballesteros.
