A country town around 25 km inland from the popular coastal resorts of Javea & Denia. Nearest airports are Valencia and Alicante, both a little over 1 hour from the villa via the A7 motorway, Murcia airport 30 minutes south of Alicante. Our fully air-conditioned villa is set in its own terraced grounds with front and back patios for all-day sunbathing forms part of the Orbeta estate built in the mid-1970s and boasts spectacular views over the valley town of Orba to the Vall de Laguart hills opposite. It is situated on a west facing hillside, and in the summer the hillside is often cooled by breezes not felt down in the town. Being on a hillside, the roads to and from the villa are quite steep, although easily accessible by car or on foot. Orba is within easy walking distance of the villa (1 km to the town centre) and has all the facilities expected of a small country town including a weekly market, shops, banks, and pharmacy.

Javea (1) - Campo de Golf "Javea" - 9 Holes x 2, 6641 yds, Par 36, 30€/50€ - tel : 965 792 584. Allegedly not the best course in the area, but opinions vary. Condition of course usually very good and clubhouse lunch facilities are recommended.
Denia (2) - Club de Golf La Sella - 18 Holes, 6595 yds, Par 72, 50€ - tel : 966 454 252. Great course, fast greens.
Benissa (3) - Campo de Golf "Ifach" - 9 Holes, 3728 yds, Par 30, 21€/30€ - tel : 966 497 114.
Altea (4) - Don Cayo Golf Club - 9 Holes x 2, 6735 yds, Par 72, 25€/36€ - tel : 965 848 046. Beautiful, varied and undulating course with well kept greens.
Oliva (5) - Oliva Nova Golf Club - 18 Holes, 7051 yds, Par 72, 38€/56€ - tel : 962 857 666. Fairly flat but challenging course, with plenty of water features to help maintain concentration. Condition of course sometimes patchy, dependant on the weather.
