The villa is reached via a series of stone steps which lead up to the front door through the charming gardens of bougainvillea, hibiscus and other vibrant Mediterranean flowers as well as two lily ponds full of frogs! The private swimming pool is set to one side of the villa with large sunbathing patio and sunbeds. There is also a built in BBQ, bar and changing area. There is also Sky TV. Casa Ladera is only 5 minutes away from Golf Pollensa. This course is a 9 hole Course perfectly adapted to the local environment. The course offers panoramic views over the Tramuntana mountains, olive groves, the bays of Pollença and Alcudia and s’Albufereta reserve. By the end of the first round, the visitor will surely agree that challenge, variety, and harmony with nature are focal points around which the club’s success is built. Golf Pollensa was opened in1986 and underwent a complete renovation programme in the year 2000. In deference to the environment, the golf course is irrigated using purified water. The villa is only a 15 minutes drive from the fabulous Club de Golf Al Canada in Alcudia. This is the only course in Mallorca that's right by the sea and enjoys spectacular views of the Alcudia Bay from the course and restaurant.
