Detached 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom front line golf villa, with a large 8x4m private pool, child safety fence, 6 sun loungers & tiled rear garden with spectacular views of the 3rd and 4th holes plus a sun terrace with 4 sun loungers. The bedrooms will be arranged according to your requirements with either a king size or 2 single beds per room. There are 2 upstairs bathrooms both with a bath and shower attachment (one is en-suite), the ground floor has a bathroom fitted with a shower. The large living/dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs, wide screen television, DVD player, stereo system & a PS2 games console. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher making it ideal for families and those who prefer a self-catering break. Air conditioning fitted in lounge and fans in each bedroom. Polaris World Mar Menor Golf R
The villa is situated on the Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort which is situated to the east of Torre Pacheco on the Costa Calida which is near to Murcia airport and La Manga on the south east coast of Spain.

The Polaris World, Mar Menor Golf Resort has its own 9 hole par 36 golf course designed by Dave Thomas, who has maintained the region's flora and fauna within the 2.996 m2 area and it will be expanded to 18 holes with completion due in 2007. The course has 2 par 3's, 3 par 4's and 2 par 5's with tight fairways, together with a driving range, chipping and putting green. Holes 3, 4 and 5 have large water features and most holes have a bunker. A handicap card (max. Gents 28 Ladies 36) is required and will be checked. To help you relax after a round there is the Golf Club house and the facilities at both the Residents Club and the InterContinental Hotel.
