Located in a private road with only a handful of other privately owned villas, near enough for emergencies but far enough not to be overlooked, all detatched with large grounds so you will have complete privacy. The local village of Lloc Nou D'en Fenollet is only a 7min walk away and the large bussling town of Xativa is a mere 5 mins drive away with shops, bars, banks, supermarkets, post office, property shops and just about everything you will need. In the local village there is a large open air communal pool and free internet access in the town hall, a bank, spar, butchers, bakers, 3 bars (1 English), basketball courts and football stadiums, parks and greengrocers and lots of very friendly Spanish folk, it is a very pretty modern working village lots of children playing day and night and during the fiesta months (July to Sep) everyone hits the streets to chat, wine & dine.
