Above the lake of Eugenisee on the southern slopes of Engelberg, this traditional stone, this alpine home has been architecturally inspired by Engelberg’s famous Benedictine Monastery. This spacious home with an elegant interior has open log fires on two floors, exceptional entertaining space, located in a unique private setting. As an alpine home it is perfect for parties of up to 14 using all 9 rooms. The facilities as a whole include a total of 5/6 bedrooms 3/4-reception rooms. There is a combination of en suite and separate shower or bathroom facilities on each floor. We offer a warm welcome to self-caterers or a catered service and will be there to help make your stay enjoyable. The house is ideally suited for two families or groups who would like a large home with traditional alpine atmosphere and awe inspiring views of the Alps and the lake.

Five exciting fixed rope routes are ready and waiting for climbing fans. Our fixed rope routes have attracted not only the specialist but the novice too the Sbrinz Route from Lucerne via Obwalden – Nidwalden into the Formazza Valley to Domodossola Italy or in the reverse direction.
