Two self contained holiday cottages set within the grounds of a 16th Century Coach House situated in an area of natural beauty with views across the local valleys. Our neighbors on the hilltop location include a Medieval Church, Dower House and Castle, the oldest 'lived-in' Castle in Wales, formerly a hunting lodge of the Seymour family whose daughter Jane became a wife of Henry VIII. The cottages are oil centrally heated as well as having log fires

Excellent location for golf, walking, touring, sightseeing, with the Wye Valley and Vale of Usk a short drive away. A spacious layout has been designed to provide maximum comfort and each cottage offers two double bedrooms with en-suit facilities, fully equipped kitchen, oak beamed lounge/diner with polished oak floors and French doors opening onto a patio. Downstairs cloak room.

Rental Notes:
Booking Conditions Bookings are to be accompanied by a non-returnable deposit of one third of the fee. The balance is due 6 weeks before the commencement of the holiday – in the event of non-payment the accommodation will be re-let. The full amount is payable if the occupation date is less than 6 weeks from the date of booking. Cancellations 21 days notice from date of occupation – full refund minus deposit. Less than 21 days, 50% refund minus deposit, if we can re-let for the dates booked. Suggest insurance cover be taken out in the event of a cancellation. Arrival and Departure Times Check in time 16.30 – 18.30 Departure time – no later than 11.00hrs Properties are normally only available from 4.30 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11. 00 a.m. on the day of departure. However we appreciate this can sometimes cause difficulties and in these circumstances we will try to accommodate your requirements as best we can.
